I wanted to cut down on plastic in the kitchen, so this Ecozoi set caught my eye. The 10 stainless steel molds sit neatly on the rack, and 3 oz per mold is a good size for a single portion. Bamboo sticks and silicone sleeves are included, plus a plant-based brush. Freezing is straightforward: pour, insert stick, freeze. The steel does seem to chill faster than my old plastic molds. Cleaning takes a bit of effort by hand, though it is dishwasher safe. Nice for homemade yogurt pops and sorbet.
